  • Making a booking

    When you make a booking with us you are agreeing to our terms & conditions laid out here, within the contents of the website , our social media and our booking system Fresha.

    We reserve the right uphold these terms & conditions, any abuse or threats to our staff will not be tolerated and your will be blocked from making any future bookings.

  • Confirming your booking

    We require your card information when you make a booking. To ensure we are able to charge you if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking or do not show up.

    You are never charged anything whilst making your booking, however, Fresha will proceed with an active card check.

    You will receive on confirmation email from Fresha. If you have not received a confirmation email or having issues confirming, please CONTACT US.

  • Cancelling your appointment

    You may cancel your appointment at any time. You can do this via the Fresha app or via your confirmation email. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, for whatever reason, you will be charged 50% of your appointment fee. If you are having issues cancelling your appointment, please CONTACT US.

  • No shows

    If you do not show up to your appointment or arrive too late for us to provide a safe service within the allotted time, you will be charged 100% of your appointment fee.

  • Arriving with no ID, incorrect/out of date ID

    We ask that for all piercing appointments, especially if its your first time with us, that you bring a valid, in-date photo ID. We accept Driving Licences, Passports, EU ID cards or Citizenscard. Failure to provide this, will result in your appointment being cancelled and a fee of 100% of your appointment will be charged.

  • No parent or legal guardian (under 18's)

    We require all under 18’s having a piercing with us, to have a parent or legal guardian present for the entire appointment. They must bring their own valid ID as well as for the minor being pierced. By not having the person required present, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee and the booking cancelled.
